VFA’s Community Action Research & Empowerment (CARE) team is taking action in phase 3. But the community action plan cannot be done without you! You are invited to participate in the community gathering on Friday April 12, where you will get the chance to actively work with City Departments, non-profit organizations, and other community members in efforts to address the community’s needs.
